Experience 5+ years of relevant OTC Derivatives experience

Job Duties Support the bank to set up a new operations group as a central control team required for adoption and post adoption stages of a derivative middle office change management initiative

- The team will - own- the controls and work with all other teams to have controls designed and implemented and manage the existing reconciliations of derivative product sensitivities / metrics and providing reporting status to all user groups.

- Working with FO technology and LOB technology on issues of late or non-delivery

- Build automated checks around data completeness and reasonableness

- Event based functional testing, output testing and adoption.

- MIS preparation for senior management / stakeholders reporting

- Managing and guiding team in their daily deliverables.

- Organizing project level deliverable to meet client targets.

- Help in people development by training and nurturing teammates.

Qualification MBA with Engineering background.

Candidate with 5+ years of OTC derivatives experience

Skills required - Strong Derivative product knowledge, exposure to change management and business analysis will be an added advantage

- Technical skills - Database management & SQL, VBA ( Python )

- Strong people & process management skills

- Expert in MIS preparations

- Strong communication skills
