CRISIL - Data Analytics - Telecom Domain

CRISIL GR&A is looking for candidates to provide decision support using data analytics to a leading telecom services provider.

The ideal candidate would have worked extensively with telecom services B2C clients, addressing objectives to increase acquisition, retention, lifetime value of customers.

This person will be part of CRISIL GR&A’s telecom services practice.

Key tasks:

- Build advanced models to help acquire & retain customers, customer lifetime value models.

- Build cross-sell/upsell models to be integrated into CRM decision engines.

- Forecast sales and build models to ensure optimized return on marketing and promotions.

- Participate in employee engagement activities, including coaching & mentoring junior team members.

Skills:

- Platforms: SAS, R, SPSS, Advanced Excel

- Techniques: Mixed Models, Logistic regression, Cluster Analysis
