CRISIL GR&A is looking for candidates to provide decision support using data analytics to a leading consumer financial services co.
The ideal candidate would have worked extensively with consumer financial services clients, addressing objectives to increase to increase acquisition, retention, lifetime value of customers.
This person will be part of CRISIL GR&A’s consumer financial services practice.
Key tasks:
- Build advanced models to help acquire & retain customers, including pricing analytics & customer lifetime value models.
- Build cross-sell/upsell models to be integrated into CRM decision engines.
- Forecast sales and build models to ensure optimized return on marketing and promotions.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, including coaching & mentoring junior team members.
Skills:
- Platforms: SAS, R, SPSS, Advanced Excel
- Techniques: Mixed Models, Logistic regression, Cluster Analysis
- Familiar with transactional data related to retail banking products and bureau data
