CRM Marketing
We are looking for smart, driven, and experienced analysts to work with the CRM portfolio analytics team in to deliver against the customer strategy and business priorities. In this role, the candidate will:
- Work across customers portfolio’s to understand customer behaviour’s & drive revenue
- Work with large datasets and investigations/analysis directly off the customer database
- Build expert knowledge of customers product, systems, data and data quality, and effectively exploit to provide high business-impact analysis and customer insights
- Work extensively on statistical programming tools like SQL. Candidate should be proficient with the SQL developer language & SPSS Clementine
- The candidate should understand how analytics can be used within the marketing environment, particularly within the CRM area
- Work with Data modelling teams to ensure learnings from Decisioning are fed back into propensity models (for retention, acquisition) to improve campaign targeting.
Skill Set Required
- Highly proficient in SQL developer language & SPSS clementine
- Experience of using analytics within marketing/CRM
- Skilled in using Excel and other MS Office tools
- Degree in math/ statistics/ engineering
- Ability to analyze and synthesize the available data and bring out value-added insights to the clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to engage with senior managers
- Flexible team player, who is able to work under pressure and be able understand the complexities of a large organisation.
- Experience in telecoms not essential, but knowledge and experience in creating business rules and the impact of Decisioning in a marketing or customer services environment would be a great advantage.
