Key Responsibilities

- Work on financial models and commercial assessments, critical review of infrastructure sector trends, project/company financials, regulations and financial projections, sector and company assessments

- Understanding of various infrastructure sector/ sub-sector trends, have an independent view on the likely future developments, and factor the impact of these trends and developments in the analysis

- Support the team in preparing financial models, economic models, value for money assessments, risk assessments, project structuring, drafting bid documents, and run the bid process for infrastructure PPP projects across sectors and across geographies

- Support the team in undertaking data research and analysis for structuring and developing relevant financial strategies/products and documentation depending on the client requirements

- Support the team in various tasks and activities relevant for procuring PPP projects

- Active involvement in BD activities for preparing proposals for opportunities advertised by clients for winning new consulting engagements

- Work independently on consulting projects/assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction /

relationship, etc.

- Working on Government, Multilateral and Private Sector projects. Inter alia, work on Regulatory aspects, Financial Models, Advisory Reports, Risk Analysis

- Working on assignments unrelated to PPPs and Infra and Public Finance domain in the analytical capacity, simultaneously building knowledge / skills in such new areas

- Working on reports and presentations and explain analysis / presentations to the client and to other team members

Experience

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in advisory, management consulting and equity research with specific focus on infrastructure domain

- Preferred experience - PPP transaction advisory, financial modelling and feasibility studies, PPP enabling frameworks and infrastructure financing

- Understanding of infrastructure domain (more than two sectors) and latest trends in financing infrastructure projects

- Well versed with Microsoft Office and should have experience of drafting reports, making presentations, excel models and other sophisticated techniques

- Skill sets: Microsoft Office, Report Writing, Presentations, strong analytical skills and business

understanding
