Responsibilities:
The Business Marketing manager must be a highly skilled and experienced professional and will be responsible for leading and managing the business marketing initiatives.
The role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
The responsibilities of the role will include the below:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our business offerings within CRISIL.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify marketing priorities and objectives that align with the company's overall goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential marketing opportunities for business growth.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to improve brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, articles, and speaking engagements, to position CRISIL as a leader in the industry.
- Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and timely reporting of results and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and proactive marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Experience in digital marketing and campaign management, including ABM, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing (Marketo/Pardot), social media platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically analytics, credit risk, and policy advisory, is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience:
- 7+ years of B2B BFSI or technology marketing experience along with ABM and Content Marketing
- A minimum of three to five years in marketing strategy and revenue enablement roles in BFSI or information technology firms servicing BFSI industry.
Qualifications:
- Any degree: MBA in Marketing
- Industry: BFSI or IT/Technology
- Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

- Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred
