- Manage a portfolio of companies independently and take timely rating actions on credits
- Drive high quality of output from a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts & Managers
- Maintain good client relationships through constant interactions and non-transactional meetings
- Conduct high impact meetings at senior levels in companies
- Develop talent and capabilities in the team through regular knowledge sharing and engagement
- Bring domain/sector expertise and effectively steer discussions at the rating committees
- Showcase CRISILs analytical rigour and domain expertise through articles, releases and presentations
- Actively support the Sr.Management team in the client engagement plan and building new client relationships
