Location : Goregaon West, Mumbai

Shift timings : 10am to 7pm

Job title : Assistant Manager (HR-Operations)

Location : Mumbai (Goregaon West)

Operations :

- Managing Grievance Redressal Cell.

- Analyze work patterns and match expectations with functional heads.

- Analyzed complex data and documentation

- Maintenance of the HR records and systems

- Handling Employee Taxation. (TDS)

- Handling onboarding and exits.

- Leave & Attendance Management

- Payroll Management

- Managing annual appraisal operations

- Interacting with pay roll vendor

- ISO & ISMS Surveillance

- Bonus/Compensation Management/Reimbursement/Employee Referral Payments/ESOP's.

- Medical insurance/ Health insurance management.

- Policies and procedure documentation

Additional Responsibilities :

- Monitor internal HR systems and databases

- Compensation and Benefits

- Recommend new software to address personnel needs

- Knowledge and Experience related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required :

- Graduate with relevant experience (Post graduate in HR preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Resourceful, Highly Innovative and Creative.

- Working in fast paced, high transaction volume environment.

- Ability to organize & priorities workload within any setting.

- Knowledge of monitoring progress in an employee career.

- Completing all tasks in a timely, organized and professional manner.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Requirements :

- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages

- Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
