Job description

Need good tech developer background with preferably e-commerce setup background.

Experience in developing scalable enterprise applications and design system which can handle large number of customers transacting over it.

- Work to integrate disparate systems

- Ability to foster and build a coherent technology (IT + Online marketing) team

Skills

- Should have experience in e-commerce/technology start up/making disparate technological products talk across.

- Managing and directing online workflow software and website technical structure, design & aesthetics, navigation, information architecture, performance & security enabler

- Set outlook of future development of the platform

- Strong hold in backend development and algorithms

- Thorough Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Ability to pick-up any new language / frame-work / protocol

- Strong hold in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

- Experience with debugging tools like selenium etc.

- Familiarity with configuration of server in UNIX Environment

Eligibility Criteria

- Should understand technologies related to .net, PHP, majento, drupal, wordpress python frameworks.

- Both the Front-end & Back-end experience will be added advantage

- Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them. (Leader for our IT development team plus in-house global online marketing team managing 30 plus indigenous websites in different languages.)

- Should also be able to support and develop other products like mobile site, online marketplace etc. as and when it comes (thinking aligned to open source technology)

- Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the future success of business (Managing current while working on future)

- Build backend tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, workflow management, etc, and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and development features.

- Managing Teams working of SEO, PPC, Digital & affiliate marketing, web designing.

- Should demonstrate ability to think outside the box.

- Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or has relevant work experience (IIT/REC/NIT)
