AVP Analytics
Position is based out in Pune
Key Responsibilities :
- Creation, development and management of local team (hiring, training, coaching, internal organization.
- Define project qualitative and economical standards (deadlines, man days; effectiveness)
- Supervise all the projects and directly manage projects with high analytical or organizational complexity
- Define Credit Analytics Products road map for CRIF Highmark in cooperation with CRIF Highmark management
- Collaborate with sales and consulting in the presales activities with external clients
- Design, develop and implement all the required methodologies and choose and develop the needed tools needed, in alignment with CRIF approach and standards.
- Ensure a constant research activity and collection of information related to the market (clients/competitors) with the aim of elaborating ideas/proposals/plans for the development of new products/services.
- Collaborate with other CRIF WW analytics competence centers (Europe, US) to research and innovation projects.
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions to promote within the Crif Group best practices.
- Moderate travel required.
- Experience in Basel2 experience, PD, LGD, EAD scorecards development
- Required skills/knowledge :
- Experience in managing multiple data analysis and statistic modeling projects
- Minimum of 10 years- experience of analytics modelling techniques (regression, machine learning.) applied in credit risk management, and customer behavior for financial services industries.
- BIG Data analytics techniques is considered a plus
- Team work attitude, flexibility and ability to manage different phases of a project.
- Proven ability to create trust relationship with Customers
- Able to work within and across diverse teams (Sales, Analytics, Consulting, Software) to build consensus and find solutions.
- Deep Knowledge of SAS and other analytical tools/infrastructures
- Fluent English both written and verbal
- University Degree in Statistics, Economics or Engineering; PhD is considered a plus
