JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to a Team Lead - Leadership Hiring, you will be responsible to: - Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Leadership Hiring partners in India - Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment - Source high caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc - Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management for internal database - Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and assess them for the opportunity offered by your client - Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. - Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable on your line of specialization. and there is much more.
