- We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Analyst with expertise in Production Support to ensure seamless trade execution and post-trade operations.

Job Description:.

- As a Trade Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of pre-order and post-order transactions, trade reconciliation, and issue resolution in a high-paced financial environment.

- You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow, SQL, database troubleshooting, and high-level debugging to provide timely support to front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Provide L2/L3 production support for trade operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Monitor and support pre-order processing, post-order processing, and trade reconciliation.

- Identify and troubleshoot trade-related discrepancies and escalate critical issues as needed.

- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.

- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze trade data and troubleshoot database issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, operations, and IT teams, to resolve system issues efficiently.

- Perform high-level debugging and analyze logs to detect root causes of system failures.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
