The Job Description of Manager - Finance & Accounts.

Qualification : Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience : 8-12 years in handling Factory Accounts and Commercial Functions.

Role Responsibility :

- Responsible for Factory Accounts for the Bakery Division at Greater NOIDA (having current turn over of 150 cr which is likely to double in next 2-3 yrs). The current group turnover of the Company is over 700cr., with organic grown plan.

- Maintain and create of master record in SAP.

- Maintaining GL Account, Vender Accounts, Customer Accounts and Employee payment Accounts.

- Supervising data preparation and presentation.

- Checking for typicality's in accounting entries.

- Ensure match with accounting standards especially for monthly, quarterly & annual accounts.

Management Audit :

- Review in monthly meeting with Top Management and all Deptt. Heads.

- Prepare monthly profitability of the business area wise.

- Satisfy internal audit and external auditor's requirements.

Tax Related :

- Sales Tax/VAT returns and assessment.

- Continuously monitor assessment and supervise data.

- Income Tax and Service Tax related compliance of the unit.

- TDS return - complete compliance.

- Ensure all statutory compliance including employees related payments.

Commercial :

- Ensure the logistics deppt. Submits daily report of dispatch/S & D, and reconcile with A/cs

- Proper accounting of dispatch invoices, and accounting of Sales Return & Crate monitoring.

- Control over commercial transactions and fleets of vehicles.
