Job Description for Dy. Manager/H.R Manager - Corp. HR (FMCG)

Location : Gurgaon.

Qualification : Two years full time MBA in HR, from a reputed institute.

Experience : 5-10 years exp. in managing HR processes for the sales force in FMCG industry.

It is a generalist role, and the incumbent would be assisting the HoD in implementing various HR process may it be :

- Recruitment & Selection of Sales workforce.

- Create strong Data Base for different positions to arrange resource as per SLA.

- Capable of building and managing robust pipeline of resources.

- Exp. In implementing performance monitoring system of Sales Team with effective PMS tools.

- Generate MIS.

- Maintain training calendar and co-ordinate sales training and capable to develop soft skill development sessions.

- Maintain personal documentation of Sales staff.

- Assist Corp. HR Head in implementing various Human Resource Initiatives.
