We help children in pursuing the same by providing them with online live classes for extracurricular activities. We have courses across Dance, Music, Arts, Yoga, Chess, Languages and Dramatics and these are taught in modern pedagogy. The classes are delivered via a great gamified virtual classroom for children to enable them to pursue their passion in a fun and engaging way.

We are looking for a data analyst to join the Growth team to turn data into insights relevant to our business. Please do NOT apply if you are interested in data science career path. This is a good role if you want to get into Business or Product roles in future

Responsibilities :

- Manager & publish daily sales and marketing dashboards & MIS

- Analyse user funnels and suggest improvements in product to improve the funnels

- General reporting and business metric tracking; including generating reports, analysis and models

- Effectively communicate operational and analytical results to founders; summarize and interpret data and findings

- Analyze a wide variety of data as required to solve a business problem - Media execution data, Internal transactional and/or data from Google Analytics

Requirements :

- Graduate or post-graduate with relevant experience of 2+ years

- Strong experience with SQL, Metabase & Google Analytics/Amplitude

- Must be proficient in using MS Excel , Google Sheets

- Be hands-on in data collection & generating insights from data

- Strong communication skills - ability to effectively communicate the insights developed to the various stakeholders in the organisation.
