Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with 8+ years of brand management expertise to take our brand strategy to the next level. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that build awareness, drive market growth, and foster lasting consumer loyalty. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of shaping and growing successful brands in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Develop and implement robust brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning.

- Define and communicate the brand's vision, mission, and unique value proposition, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

- Conduct brand audits, assess consumer trends, and identify opportunities for brand differentiation and expansion.

2. Campaign Development & Execution

- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, traditional media, etc.) to elevate brand visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.

- Manage agency relationships and oversee the creation of all brand materials, from digital content to traditional media, ensuring they reflect brand identity.

3. Consumer Insights & Market Research

- Conduct consumer research and leverage data to gain a deep understanding of target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Use insights to shape brand messaging, optimize campaigns, and guide new product or market entry decisions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry shifts and consumer behavior changes to keep the brand relevant and adaptable.

4. Brand Performance Analysis

- Define and track key brand health metrics, including brand awareness, perception, and customer loyalty.

- Analyze brand performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Use data to measure campaign ROI and optimize brand strategies to achieve KPIs.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

- Support cross-functional initiatives and act as a brand advocate within the organization to drive a consistent brand message.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the brand team, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.

- Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize brand impact.

- Track campaign expenses and optimize budget allocation to achieve strategic goals while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in brand management, with a track record of leading successful brand strategies.

- Demonstrated expertise in brand positioning, campaign management, and cross-channel marketing.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in consumer research, data analysis, and brand performance tracking.

- Excellent project management abilities, with a proven record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a similar industry or in a highly competitive market.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and brand management software.

- Proficiency in brand tracking and social listening tools.
