CreditVidya - Analyst - Master Data Management

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.

- Maintain the existing data pipelines and jobs, as well as build new pipelines per requirements.

- Develop a data orchestration platform or a method to ensure on-time projects completion, in-budget, and required quality standards.

- Document current data workflows within the organization and make recommendations on optimizations to minimize any data breaches.

- Build a strong data mart structure along with alerts/errors tracking mechanisms to meet the business reporting needs.

- Able to work independently and support the existing team, as well as mentor a developing team.

Prerequisites/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

(Good to have):

- 4-6 years' experience on data management, data governance, data engineering, programming, and building systems.

- Relevant hands-on experience on Java/Scala/Python

- Relevant hands-on experience on SQL

- Relevant hands-on experience on Big Data frameworks (Spark)

- Strong understanding of database architecture in relational and non-relational databases

- Experience with any other data management tools and technologies, such as data warehousing, ETL, and data viz. tools

- Understanding on Unix and shell scripting (Good to have)

- Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure/AWS services like EC2 and S3 (Good to have)
