Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in making job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Support day-to-day operations, including overseeing the administration for office management and supplies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
