Role Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and management of an organization. The CFO ensures that the company maintains financial health, achieves profitability goals, and adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives.

- Analyze financial risks, opportunities, and market trends.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets.

3. Financial Management:

- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial assets.

- Ensure optimal capital structure, including debt and equity financing.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

- Oversee compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.

- Ensure adherence to corporate governance practices.

5. Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead and mentor finance teams, including accountants, controllers, and analysts.

- Collaborate with other executives on strategic decision-making.

6. Stakeholder Communication- :

- Present financial results to the board of directors, shareholders, and stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and other leadership team members.
