VP - Service Co. Legal Entity Controller


We Offer:

- End to end ownership of Global Service Co related Allocations

- Effective liaising and partnering with senior stakeholders in Divisions/Corporate Functions and Legal Entity Controllers worldwide

- Executing a best in class and seamless monthly process of service allocations which has minimal manual touchpoints

- Build a robust control framework, minimizing the possibilities of manual errors/warranting manual adjustments

- Engage with IGSM team to ensure that all services provided by Global Service Co's are duly supported by respective service catalogue and necessary agreements

- Manage the global invoicing process for Service Co's - and also have invoice settlement authorization - partnering with central AP team.

- Conceptualize and deliver an effective suite of standard MIS reporting which is meaningful for stakeholders including Regional/LE Controllers as well as Group Reporting

- Providing MoM/QoQ variance analysis in terms of allocations to senior management

- Oversee month-end activities including reconciliation to the general ledger, facilitating posting of necessary manual journals etc

- Leverage the above to provide framework for review and challenge the current process for improvement

- Implement Tax & Transfer Pricing requirements

- Support Legal Entity controllers globally

- Head a small team of analysts and provide effective leadership and direction to them

- GLASS sign off for balances posted/owned by this team

- Ad-hoc query handling relating to Service Co Allocations

- Service Co related System Change Requests - Documentation, FRD reviews, UAT

You Offer:

- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience working as a senior finance professional

- Professional degree - CA/MBA/ICWA/CIMA/ACCA and the like.

- Strong personality with effective communication skills

- Demonstrated experience on managing senior stakeholders

- Ability to deliver within tight deadlines and willing to go the extra mile where the role demands

- Quick grasping and understanding of structural flows and ability to articulate effectively in senior stakeholder forums.

- Leadership traits in terms of guiding/mentoring and effectively collaborating with the team towards delivery of team objectives

- A focus on high quality delivery and continuous improvement of systems and processes

- Strong MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel/Essbase and PowerPoint

- Fluency in both spoken and written English
