We offer:

The RFDAR function organization will assume responsibility for the data and production elements of our capital reporting deliverables, accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of input provided for reporting purposes.

The Data Definitions, Governance and Sourcing vertical within RFDAR is responsible ensuring consistent & commonly sourced data and models for use in risk and financial reporting, and consists of the following 3 functions: -

- Data Models & Definitions - to ensure that the data attributes & calculation models used by the RFDAR processes are well defined, documented & can be referenced consistently on an ongoing basis.

- Data & Models Governance - To ensure that the data attributes & calculation models used by the RFDAR processes are sourced accurately and used in accordance with our governance policy & principles.

- Data Sourcing - To build and implement data feeds to support various market and regulatory changes, in an agile and consistent manner.

The Data sourcing team has established a Delivery Management PMO function with a total strength of 5 staff. We are seeking to recruit a VP to join the growing team. The role involves: -

- Face-off to the Change PMs for the status on data sourcing changes supporting Insight risk engine functionality changes

- Face-off with CRO IT for the prioritization and resource allocation for the development of data sourcing changes.

- Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management.

- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.

- Manage a team of an AVP and 3 ENOs to produce the various MI packages and KPIs for onward presentation to senior stakeholders on various governance and prioritization meetings.

- Act as a steward for the delivery management JIRA tool, and ensure the strict adoption and maintenance on an on-going basis.

- Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.

You Offer:

At least 10 years of work experience in a financial institution as a PMO with good communication and Stakeholder management Skills

- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint)

- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

- Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management.

- Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective

- Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.

- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably.
