Credit Suisse - Vice President - Operations Market - Risk Reporting Role

We offer :

- The RFDAR Operational Risk Reporting team is looking for a strong Manager to support and manage a range of team specific projects and initiatives - including regulatory reporting (IHC CCAR) and delivery of the department's strategic target operating model.

- Work closely with Production Control specialist to ensure changes introduced into system or process adheres to control standards / requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and lead the small team of analyst in Mumbai who are dedicated to implementing the functions target operating model (TOM) deliverables, including regular status updates to the department head

- Work closely with the other key functions within the department such as Production, Reporting & Analytics and OpRisk Management (ORM) for the IHC CCAR regulatory reporting delivery and risk reporting

- Oversee all system changes for reporting systems used by the Production / Reporting & Analytics team

- Facilitate and prepare materials for decision ratification requirements at senior governance forum

- Daily management of the team in Mumbai

We offer :

- Min. 10 years of work experience in a Financial Institution

- Experience as a BA / PM within a Operational Risk environment is highly advantageous

- Good understanding of the regulatory environment

- Excellent communication skills

- High attention to details and ability to deal with heavy data volume

- Process-oriented with a strong control mindset

- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Highly self-motivated and team oriented
