Project -
Impairment Program implements the new impairment mentorship for credit losses mandated by FASB for accrual accounted financial assets and off-balance sheet credit exposures resulting in potentially increased and more volatile valuation allowances compared to current FAS5 US GAAP and CH_GAAP. It requires measurement of credit losses using a lifetime, forward-looking expected credit loss model instead of the existing incurred loss model.
We Offer :
- Work as a Test Manager within the program reporting into the Program Manager
- Provide end to end Test Management services to the Impairment program globally across Change, IT and business work streams.
- Drive and Handle program Dry run for DAY 1 planned for H2 2019, followed by DAY 2 support activities.
- Deliver a robust Test Plan and facilitate smooth testing and dry run for the program
- Continuous monitoring of testing incidents and logs and ensure immediate actions taken on prioritization and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and provide necessary training to all testers and users to enable smooth testing
- Coordinate with IT on testing platform management and delivery Board, CCB etc.
- Lead the testing team, both, on the work aspects (accountability for the timely and high quality team deliveries like Use Cases, Test Plans / Cases, Training materials, etc.)
- Extensive interactions with Business and IT counterparts to understand high level business requirements, engage / drive the testing strategy and syndication by, for instance, effectively run regular working group meeting and workshops
- Drive Business Change Readiness activities and Liaison with business users for acceptance of the deliverables
- Understand the overall objectives and architectural aspects of the program and to ensure convergence of the project outcome / design to defined objectives
- Liaison with business users for executing the - User Acceptance Test- and securing sign-off
- Project Management activities (e.g. Prepare as well as track the deliverables roadmap while handling the change in scope and risk /issues that arise along the journey, present project status to various audience, positive relationship building, excellent interpersonal skills)
- Go-Live strategy, post go-live support and BaU transition planning.
