Credit Suisse - Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

- Work closely with the Global head and COO in driving the function strategy and vision

- Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership within the team with the appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Global BDC teams

- Leading the financial analysis, planning and budgeting exercise for all platforms within the team

- Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of financial and operational performance of the team

- Collaborate and partner with colleagues across the function for reporting metrics, monthly financial activities, etc

- Support the COO with tracking risk reporting and governance, audits, etc to ensure adherence to the GBSS governance framework

- Prepare financial & MIS reports on a regular basis

- Collaborate with N-4s in other teams within the function for their new business / project management requirements, and lead the execution initiatives

Candidates are expected to have the following :

- Degree/Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Highly motivated and should be able to work independently

- Ability to manage and work with senior team members across different geographic locations

- Ability to collate and synthesize financial data from a variety of sources and systems

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
