Credit Suisse's fifth Center of Excellence, a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) operation, in Mumbai, India. Located in the City Park building in the suburb of Powai, Mumbai, and the CoE will initially house the Knowledge Center teams who work with and support the front office businesses of the Private Bank and Investment Bank. The teams are responsible for a full range of business functions from data gathering to investment analysis and risk and analytics modeling. A range of other functions from across the bank will also be included in the future.

The Product Management APAC department of Credit Suisse Private Bank is responsible for the Portfolio Solution Services (Discretionary and Advisory Solutions), Structured Products, Funds and Hedge Funds.

Product Management APAC ensures the value proposition of Credit Suisse towards the front organization through promoting the global Advisory Process, enhancing suitability of offering towards its clients and delivering high conviction ideas supported by the bank.

While these value propositions are delivered to clients during the Relationship Manager (RM) advice, the bank is moving towards more fee based services such as the Discretionary and Advisory Solutions which aim to packages all the elements of the Credit Suisse value proposition in a portfolio context that is managed professionally and consistently. By doing so, Product Management APAC supports the Private Banking & Wealth Management division to become the most admired bank for Wealth Management Clients globally.

The team in Mumbai KPO focuses on supporting the growth of our portfolio solutions offering by ensuring an end-to-end delivery of the service offering ranging from pre-sales to after sales and ensures timely, professional and holistic information about the clients- portfolios. The front-end of the offering will be related to the sales and advisory of the solution by a specialized sales team in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Additionally the product life cycle management for Structured Products, Funds and Hedge Funds is centralized in Mumbai KPO.

To provide various after-sales services, such as barrier monitoring, performance tracking, coupon and redemption calculations, as well as the final quality checks

- To ensure an overall sound risk & quality management for all products launched by Structured Products Asia Pacific team.

- To monitor and ensure a smooth launch of Structured Products issued by Structured Products teams in APAC

- To provide trade idea support, such as Research view monitoring, ideas publications and book-building process

- Maintain and implement changes to the Model Portfolios based on inputs from the Specialists.

- Prepare and maintain client pitch documents, product lists and other internal and external publications related to Portfolio Solution and Credit Suisse's offering.

- Run supervisory control reports required as part of bank's internal control process.

- Advanced degree in finance, economics, with technology background.

- Well versed with exotic options (barrier options) and financial derivatives.

- Strong communication skills a must to create consensus and momentum among key stakeholders

- Must be ready to take on certain repetitive tasks

- Knowledge of financial systems such as Bloomberg will be an advantage

- Self-guided and ambitious personality
