MI Metrics Reporting Analyst- Tableau Specialist

- The MI Metrics team (new team in Pune) will be responsible for collecting the list of approved data metrics on a monthly basis and producing a reporting versions of the MI pack at a divisional (APAC, IWM, IBCM, GM, SUB, SRU), corporate functions (COO, CFO, CRO, HRCB, GC, CCRO), legal entities and global level for the purpose of Senior Management meetings, risks identification and control over the Compliance function.

Key tasks :

- Data validation

- Data analysis and consistency of the Compliance Metrics

- Visualization production

- Return visualization to theme owners for validation and comments

- Collecting theme owner feedback

- Report editing

- Keeping process documentation up to date

- Constant revamping of the Compliance Metrics

- Development of dashboards in Tableau

- SME's for Tableau Creation within CCRO
