BDC (Mumbai)
Credit Suisse Business Analytics is the company's fifth Business delivery center (BDC) in Mumbai, India. Located in the City Park building in the suburb of Powai, Mumbai, the BDC houses the Knowledge Center teams who work with and support the front office businesses of the Private Bank and Investment Bank. The teams are responsible for a full range of business functions from data gathering to investment analysis and risk and analytics modeling. A range of other functions from across the bank will also be included in the future.

Global Research
An exciting journey to join the Private Banking Research group (part of the Investment Strategy and Products division) in Credit Suisse. The group works on fundamental and quantitative research in verticals like Equities, Fixed Income/ Credit, FX, Macro and others and contributes through top-down and bottom-up inputs as part of the Investment life cycle. Investment Strategy and Research publishes periodic investment reports for all these asset classes which are distributed to PB Clients. The team provides active support for the investment decision making by the global Investment Committee.

Domain related:
Track global equity markets, sectors and styles analyzing drivers of performance and contribute towards strategy publications
Top down analysis of equity markets, sectors and styles through macroeconomic data tracking, quantitative modelling and contribute towards strategy forecasting and recommendations
Quantitative study of event/news flow impact on equity markets, sectors and style
Generate long term forecasting for equity markets used as the input for Capital Market Assumptions
Contribute towards various studies required as the input for the investment committee assessment of equity markets
Contribute towards various internal and external client presentations and publications
Build and maintain financial models as required.
Functional:
Prepare presentations, studies (for internal and end-clients) and contribute to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly publications.
Generate innovative and successful investment ideas and solutions for clients
Connect and coordinate successfully with on-shore equity and credit strategist.
You offer :
- Post-graduation degree in Finance/Economics degree from reputed University, with added qualifications like CFA/CA/FRM preferred.
- Passion for financial markets and cross-asset research/strategy;
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience preferably in equity research covering global financial sector.

- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate, summarize and discuss investment case succinctly
- Working knowledge of handling data sources like Bloomberg / Datastream
