Credit Suisse - ENO - Systems Support Role - Oracle Hyperion Consultant

- As a key member of a growing global team, you will work on a strategic Group Finance technology platform (Oracle Hyperion) with the opportunity to influence direction for the central Planning, Forecasting and Actual MI systems as well as related business processes

- Run global projects to introduce new systems and interfaces

- Contribute to major change initiatives

- Lead the implementation of new requirements, process changes and enhancements requested by stakeholders

- Application configuration, master data management

- Define system governance and strategy

- Provide go-live, post go-live and business support

- Coordinate user training, onboarding and guidance

- Close collaboration with IT to design and implement solutions, with main focus on Oracle Hyperion products

- Monitor performance of the systems and work on the resolution of incidents

- Work independently as well as within a team in an international and large-scale organization

Minimum Requirements

- University degree or equivalent

- 7+ years of professional experience preferably working with a Global Bank, of which 3 minimum with Hyperion Planning and Essbase implementation experience

- System change experience within the financial industry preferably in Planning, Forecasting and Performance Measurement

- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

- Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills

- A work ethic which provides consistent hours of work aligned to clients' hours of operation

- Understanding the fundamental finance concepts such as forecasting and budgeting as well as actual reporting (external and internal) and ability to see data in business context and communicate to internal stakeholders

- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel

- Working knowledge of MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint and Access (preferred)

Good to Have

- Understanding of other Hyperion applications and related products

- Certification in Accounting, Economics or related field (CFA, etc.)

- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance (Planning, Forecasting, Performance Measurement)

- Certification as Hyperion Professional

- Project management experience

- Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies - Scrum / Kanban / SAFe
