Credit Suisse - ENO - Financial Planning & Analysis

We offer :

- This role is responsible for BAU Business Performance Management related activities for Risk & Finance Data Analytics (RFDAR) function within CRO division.

This role reports into AVP for RFDAR COO.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Analyze & Distribute Monthly Finance Actual Reports

- Review Foreign Exchange Neutral (FXN) Cost Centre (c/c) Report and follow up on issues

- Investigate further with divisional heads and Finance Business Partners if required

- Put together monthly Finance Packs with report summaries for business heads with an individual slide for each business head detailing key points. This will include investigating any anomalies and updating the Head of Finance prior to distribution.

- Work with the Head of Finance to manage the budget submission process, facilitate input from business heads and work with CRO COO and Finance Business Partners to ensure that the budgets are submitted and assigned correctly

- Calculate, agree and approve budget transfers in/out RFDAR and between internal departments

- Prepare Forecasts (Monthly)

- Ensure the T&E Approvals List provides an accurate view of planned T&E spend and their current status

- Verify Accruals

- Maintain Finance Reporting Hierarchies i.e. Cost Centers, divisions, etc..

- Work with the Head of Finance to prepare files to advise the opening, close & modify cost centers as required

You Offer :

- The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of work experience within Business Management, MIS, Reporting or related fields.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

- Service oriented, quick learner with the proactive approach

- Advanced English, written and spoken.
