The Central Functions and Analytics Team within Product Control is responsible for performing a wide spectrum of bespoke processes having impact across regions & involving extensive cross functional interfacing.
This specific role involves -
- Playing a focal role in onboarding Scorecards / Dashboards used by Senior Management into innovative platforms like Tableau, QlikSense etc.
- Liaising with the Business side stakeholders to understand the Management requirements in details.
- Accurately & effectively capturing the requirements in the functional documents / agile dashboard for the reference of the IT Support Team to develop the requirements.
- Perform the role of a pivotal link between the Business Users & IT Development Teams. This includes synchronizing the business requirements with system feasibilities & constructively contributing to building the bridge in case of discrepancies.
- Release Management
- Ongoing Portals Maintenance
- SPOC for process improvements, efficiencies & optimization through the use of innovative technologies & process rationalization. This would include understanding the processes performed by the PC CF&A teams with the help of the process owners and building solutions to improve & enhance the existing processes & controls.
Qualification External & Internal
- Possess a MBA / BE-TECH qualification from reputed institutions.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience (Project Management / Finance Change).
- Prior experience of working with Tableau / QlikSense is preferable.
- Experience with managing agile & waterfall projects.
- Good Communication and Organizational skills.
- Understanding of Finance, Accounting & Securities Market
- Strong analytical ability.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python & R as well as VBA is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage calls independently & take complete ownership of the process / area of operation.
