Your field of responsibility:
The opportunity is for a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the Risk Change Delivery Function, based in India. This role will be focused on Change Delivery initiatives impacting the APAC Risk Function. In partnership with CRO SMEs and other delivery teams, you will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of Risk Change Projects that are typically transformational in nature, global, technically challenging and diverse in scope and at times provide support to the senior program managers within the team.

You will be part of the wider CRCO Change Team in APAC which is also part of the Global CRCO Change organization, responsible for the delivery of Change the Bank initiatives across Risk and Compliance.

Your skills and experience:
You'll be a good match, if you have:
1. University degree or equivalent education is essential
2. At least 5 years of experience with a strong track record of owning and delivering business projects end-to-end within a Financial Services firm or leading consulting firm with a focus on financial services
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven ability to interact with and manage both working and senior partners (with mentorship)
5. Good exposure to banking products, processes and technology, including Risk Management (in particular Credit Risk Management concepts and processes)
