Job Description: ENO- Reconciliation Technology

Roles and Responsibility:

- Work as a part of the Reconciliation Technology team in Pune.

- You would be working primarily as a Business Analyst on developing solutions as part of Data Integrity and Control processes across Credit Risk, Market Risk and Finance.

- You would own and drive distinct components of the bigger solution.

- You would liaise with colleagues across Finance, Credit Risk and Market Risk departments who are spread across different geographies to understand the Business and Regulatory (IHC, CCAR, B3 etc.) requirements

- You would liaise with colleagues across Finance, Credit Risk and Market Risk departments to understand the data attributes and the data flows.

- As a Business Analyst, you would be responsible to generate the Requirements and Specifications Documents.

- You would be liaising with IT teams for the development of the tools.

- You would be responsible for the UAT testing and obtaining stakeholder sign-off for the solutions

- You would participate with your Senior Managers to agree SLA's with the stakeholders.

Qualification:

- BE / BTech / BSc / MSc or equivalent

- Qualifications in Computers/Mathematics/Financial Engineering would be preferred

- Additional qualifications like CFA, CPA, CA, MBA (Finance/related sciences) are an advantage

- BA profile working on tools which require strong understanding of the data attributes and data flows (FO - BO - MO - Risk/Finance) of these products

- Preferred Hands on experience using SQL across Oracle, Sybase and/or other DB platforms.

- Hands on experience with scripting languages like Perl / Python / Powershell would be very desirable

- Knowledge/Experience of both Financial Accounting and Risk systems is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and writing skills coupled with technical skills to deliver presentations and reports
