Technology Operational Risk Support

Reporting to : Technology Operational Risk Support Lead

- Support for phishing management including fielding issues, responding to users inquiries about what phishing email they clicked on, building and checking the phishing reports to identify noncompliance levels, managing suspension requests, noncompliant users follow ups

- Collation of required evidence to support any close out IT risk actions plans

- Collation, aggregation and reporting of various risk data sources for the ingestion of the Technology Operational Risk teams

- Maintain and report trending data from various risk sources as defined by the Technology Operational Risk management team

- Provide trend information on technology related incident data

- Maintenance of Technology Operational Risk SharePoint and Intranet sites

- Collation and publishing of various risk related reports on the Technology Operation Risk SharePoint sites

- Maintenance and reporting on the Technology Operational Risk Book of work

- Creating PowerPoint decks on various subjects as required

- General management support

- Maintaining Technology Operational risk process documentation and ensuring it is kept up to date and relevant

- Gather and coordinating policy, process and procedure feedback
