AVP - PB Analytics

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

Provide support to the internal RM Analytics and Workplace team to create analytics pertaining to business analysis and performance metrics

- Analyze/Create predictive models and forecasts which have the potential to create revenue generating opportunities for the business.

- Initiate analytics to track product patterns and trends.

- Analyze Relationship Manager/Portfolio Manager Profitability and suggest appropriate measures.

- Drive Automations and able to add value with limited resources and time.

May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

Qualifications :

Applicant must have a strong analytical background with knowledge of Private Banking/Investment Banking business. Good quantitative, qualitative, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask while remaining focused in fast paced team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education And/Or Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required. 3-5 years professional experience in Business Analytics

- Ability to interface with all levels of Management

- Proactive and Ability to drive initiatives independently

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high-stress, high-pressure environment

- Exceptional written and verbal communication

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of tools like SQL, Access, Tableau, Micro Strategy will be an additional advantage.
