The aim of the Access Management function is to ensure right levels of accesses to right set of users with the right approvals to the right applications are provided keeping in line with the organization's policies and governance. The mission of this function is mostly client focused and hence thrives to improve services and achieve sustainable progress in the long run.

- Service requests prioritization and assignment

- Service requests execution

- Service requests communication and reporting

- Incident analysis and review

- Incidents prioritization and assignment

- Incidents root cause analysis and resolution

- Incidents communication and reporting

- Escalation management

- Execution of access management related configurations

- Ensure compliance to security guidelines, principles and policies

- Managing policy exceptions

- Documenting and Storing Standard operating Procedures

- Perform recertifications

- Execute project based security access requests

- Participate in process reviews and Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives

- Identify, measure, document and report risks and controls within the process

- Participate in process control & functional testing

- Draft presentations for process or control related activities

- Participate or Drive Regional and / or Participate in Global projects

- Participate in policy review and compliance of process to policies

You Offer

- A University degree, preferably a mix of business and IT

- 5 years of related work experience, preferably in Oracle products with understanding of security concepts and entire access management life cycle.

- Team lead experience would be a plus

- Excellent conceptual, analytical and organizational as well as stakeholder management skills.

- Pro-active and hands-on mentality with the ability to cope with dynamic environment: able to deliver within SLAs.

- Ability to identify and implement process and control improvements.

- Flexible and strong team player.

- Proficient in MS Office suite.
