Your field of responsibility :

- CRCO Scenario Design team is looking for an experienced AVP Business Analyst/Project Manager to work on Risk platform changes. Opportunity is to work with the globally disturbed team.

- Responsible for Business Data Analysis and delivery of Scenario Design projects.

- The candidate will serve as the dedicated face-off and representative of the "Sponsor" to "Supplier" functions including Risk Change and Risk & Finance IT.

This role would be responsible for :

- Coordinating with the Scenario Design team for requirement analysis to deliver scenario design projects

- Authoring business requirement documents, use cases, functional specifications and test strategy/test plans

- Document business processes, streamline various operations and seek opportunities for improvements

- Managing user demo sessions, conducting user acceptance testing, product roll out strategy

- Coordinating with respective teams to get various projects delivered

- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) provides group-wide risk analysis, reporting and control, cover-ing Credit Suisse's global risk profile, and develops and oversees firm-wide frameworks and strategy.

Your skills & experience :

You are expected to possess the below :

- Business Analyst/Project Manager with 5+ years of work experience within Investment Banking projects.

- Detailed understanding of Banking Risk Management practices and recommendations, and un-derstanding of Scenario Design concepts and approaches

- Outstanding data analysis skills with help of provided tools, and understanding of SQL queries is a plus

- Sound experience in writing BRDs and FRDs and ability to coordinate execution of UAT test cases and Regression testing is an advantage

- Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Hardworking, proactive with ability to learn in a fast paced environment and thrive under pressure
