Credit Suisse - AVP - APAC Chief Operations Officer

Product Control is looking for an experienced Business Manager to support their APAC Chief Operating Officer, based in Hong Kong, from Pune. The Product Control teams are our financial guardians of the bank's sales and trading activities and therefore play a critical part within the broader finance organisation in delivering service excellence to our clients.

Role:

Your are responsible for following:

- Provide ad hoc support to the PC APAC COO

- Prepare and analyse regular monthly expense and headcount reports and work on powerpoint presentations

- Develop and maintain metrics on key operational performance measures

- Assist in driving the people agenda across the Product Control APAC, including managing internal mobility, driving engagement and human capital planning

- Perform regular analysis of staffing including attrition, recruitment, diversity, internal mobility

- Manage the Business Recovery Plans for the Product Control teams across the region

Qualification:

Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies

- 5+ years of relevant or transferable experience

- Working in similar profile of COO in other function is preferred

- Professional qualification in accounting is desirable but not essential

- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to focus on flawless execution

- Strong skills with Excel and Powerpoint

- Communication and organizational skills

- Inclusive personality, high level of self-confidence in dealing with all levels of staff and working collaborative with the management team/stakeholders is key to the role
