Senior Program Manager - Co lending Business

- Drive and Own the financial operations processes with partner and internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant workflow.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders , including business partners . Key point of contact between the partner , cross-functional stakeholders, and company leadership with a responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved to prioritize, schedule, and deliver on time and ensure flawless execution of the project.

- Compliance and Governance : Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements , industry standards and internal policies and policies relating to co- lending business . Own and execute the Digital Lending guidelines with the partners.

- Program Operations : Oversee day to day program operations including disbursement, Repayment , Settlements to ensure timely and efficient delivery to the partners.

- Ensure smooth monthly reconciliation of all partners by bridging the gap between partner operations and internal stakeholders.

- Manage multiple partners, follow up on open threads, and ensure timelines are met on reported issues and requirements.

- Sound understanding of different LMS construct with the ability to define the process with partners.

- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
