Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Compensation Policies:

- Develop compensation programs and structures

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory and industry standards

- Ensure the company's pay scale remains competitive by researching market trends and benchmarking surveys

- Stay informed about compliance & legal requirements.

Job Evaluations and Descriptions:

- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation.

- Develop accurate job descriptions.

Annual compensation cycle:

- Manage annual compensation cycle, in terms of process, budgets and outcomes

Qualifications:

- 5+ yrs of experience as a Compensation Specialist.

- Familiarity with compensation practices and compensation cycle management.

- Knowledge of job evaluation and market benchmarking

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
