- Credit appraisals of Salaried and Self employed loan proposals

- Managing legal and technical and FI agencies

- Ensuring good TAT for the loan proposals

- Managing the post disbursal documents/OTCs

- Managing the quality of portfolio

- Training the Sales/Channel members on the credit policy
