Role Definition :
- The incumbent will be part of Credit Risk COE at Global Risk Group
- Effectively review credit risk policies for different asset classes and different SBUs
- Second level of screening of credit proposals for Distress Alternative Investment Funds and Asset Reconstruction Business
- Carrying out stress test and scenario analysis for the existing portfolio to gauge the potential impact of credit events
- Conducting credit risk analysis for the existing portfolio
- Constant updation of industry developments
- Developing a model for early warning signal
- Competition Analysis, Sharing best practice
- Preparing risk registers, risk reports and updates periodically, to monitor key risk indicators
Functional Skills :
- Knowledge of underwriting large loan/investment proposals on multiple industries.
- In depth knowledge of cash flow, balance sheet analysis, ratios, etc.
- Ability to dissect structures of credit proposals, identify gaps and suggest mitigations.
- Should have worked in similar roles earlier
- Knowledge of Risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk event management techniques.

- Good Communication skills

- Analytic ability to understand the diverse complex business issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Quality - high standards and controls, strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
