Responsibilities:

- Should have a thorough understanding of the Digital underwriting process,

- Build and maintain the Risk engine of products including business rules and scorecards.

- Should have the ability to design risk framework for high-velocity digital loans.

- Prepare and implement credit policies for secured and unsecured loans.

- Should be able to manage complete credit, policy, and risk for NBFC

- Review credit proposals by analyzing the client credit worthiness, business strengths, market credibility, financial statements, Cash flow Statements, IT returns, Bank records, Repayment tracks, etc.

- Portfolio monitoring: Providing timely information and insights on portfolio risk performance through reporting and analysis.

- Work closely with Business, Product, and Tech to devise the best and most innovative solutions for satisfying Customer's needs.

- Maintain thorough documentation for effective tracking of proposals documents and TAT

- Monitor portfolio performance by continuous analysis of Pool.

- Set up a hindsighting process and make it effective.

- Devise analytical tools to measure the Portfolio health from various angles and highlight early warning signals. Cross-Functional Coordination with other relevant parties.

- Communicate the expected credit standards by engaging with external partners, the sales team.

- Evaluate/Underwrite and recommend/decide cases of various products under digital lending platforms and beyond.

- To liaison and work with external partners and consultants to develop/implement new strategies.

- Maintain and monitor the stipulated Turn Around Time (TAT).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education- CA(Inter+)/MBA in Finance.

- Experience- 8+ years' experience in Credit and Risk functions of Fintech/Banks/NBFCs.

- Ability to read and observe deep the financial statements of proposals.

- Knowledge of Statistical techniques, Analytics is preferred, and strong proficiency in MS Excel is desired.

- Experience in digital lending and Scorecard development is mandatory.

- Problem-solving, adaptability to change, enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment are the key attributes.
