JOB DESCRIPTION:.

- PreInvestment: Due diligence on Business Model, Operations, Financial and Governance Aspects.

- Post-investment: Periodic credit analysis & risk monitoring of portfolio entities, Early warning signals or signs of deterioration in Credit risk.

- Visiting partners and interacting with their top management and functional team to understand updates in business model, identify potential risk areas, change in management etc.

- In case of risks identified, recommendations on possible mitigants.

- Performing periodic credit analysis for client onboarding approvals, limit enhancements, drafting covenants on Term-sheets across products.

- Adding to understanding of asset classes to which Northern Arc has funded, with a focus on identified sectors (Climate EV & Renewable and Healthcare) by way of research, blogs, or any secondary study and adding value to the Due Diligence process done along with Origination team.

- Monitoring sector level risks and recommending necessary actions at entity and sector level as well as engaging with other stake holders such as the investors, credit bureaus, etc.
