Credit Risk Appraisal/Banking Process Professional - Big4

Overall Job Purpose: The role is for one of our MNC clients (one of the big 4) for supporting & leading the projects leveraging on credit risk management.

We are looking at candidates in the credit risk space who can undertake the following roles:

- Manage and build a Book of Business focusing on credit risk management services, covering Basel II / III aspects and associated banking process services

- The candidate must have knowledge of credit risk appraisal process of banks and must be well versed with banking processes relating to credit risk management such as credit rating and portfolio management

- Experience in other risk functions such as liquidity, market and operational risks is an added advantage

- Credit Capital Calculation Framework Management and Detailed understanding of Counterparty credit risk computation framework

- Provide exceptional client service and contribute actively towards mining existing accounts and identifying new engagement opportunities

- Mentor and manage a team of professionals for service delivery on engagements

Candidate profile

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in credit risk management as part of a financial institution, bank, consulting firm or system provider etc.

- At least 3 years of experience in credit rating and credit appraisal process

- Certifications like CFA, FRM etc. would be an added advantage

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of drive and resilience

- Ability to work comfortably at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with high level executives in a range of environments

- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned role in a highly diverse service lines working across industry verticals.

- Must possess an impressive executive demeanour, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Diplomatic, flexible and have a good team approach
