With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong professional to join their Credit Risk team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Risk Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality credit analysis and credit applications while making robust and supportable recommendations. Some of your responsibilities shall be:

- Mange a team of 20+ credit risk professionals

- Analyze credit proposals and financial statements.

- Assess and evaluate the proposals based on the bank rating model, using industry comparison, facilities forms and other risk parameters

- Prepare high quality lending submission forms to enable accurate production of facility letters and other post sanction fulfillment

- Undertake self-sanction of credit cases as per extant lending Guidelines

The Successful Applicant

- CA/MBA with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk in Mid market or Large Corporate team in a global bank

- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate structure, corporate banking products and global lending practices

- You must have experience of sanctioning of loans and must have approval authority in your current/past role

- Experience of conducting credit analysis for global geographies (US, UK, EMEA) is preferred

- Good communication skills along with experience of managing large teams
