Credit Research Role - High Yield Bonds - Investment Banking

Opportunity for Credit Research(High Yield Bonds)-Investment Banking

- Writing credit research recommendation notes on companies / sectors/ themes. Hands on experience in high yield, and distressed debt credit

- Preparing detailed distressed debt and recovery models with cash flow forecasting, detailed capital structure analysis and waterfall analysis.

- Good understanding of off-balance sheet adjustments and performing distressed debt modeling and recovery analysis.

- Working experience on screening bonds/loans' indentures/prospectuses, financial and negative covenants; preparing covenants summaries, etc.
