Credit & Portfolio Risk Head - BFS

1.Overseeing Credit Risk Management including creation of risk analytics based tools, templates & automation for influencing & facilitation of Credit Risk culture

2. Engagement with Key leadership in the Organization including field forces

3. Credit Risk Assessment of Product suite, Inorganic Proposal & portfolio management

4 .Market & Liquidity Risk Management & Risk Intelligent Decision making on Pricing

5. Active Contribution to Risk departments other Risk management, Due diligence & 6. initiatives such as Enterprise Risk management

7. New analytics initiatives, Model building& predictive modeling etc

- Regular interaction with field leadership to assess and understand emerging risk and effectiveness of risk mitigation steps undertaken. I would also involve monthly travel for a few days for actual on-field insights.

- Responsible for tracking and highlighting all process, actionable & compliance deliverables for the department as mandated by the CRO.

- Preparing & managing quarterly risk report presentation for the Risk Committee of the Board

- Risk underwriting of terms loans / BC lending products to Microfinance entities
