Credit Policy & Risk Manager - Bank

- Manage the credit deliverables for the finance business under the Co-Lending vertical.

- Credit Policy Development (mandatory)

- Portfolio Risk Assessment and Monitoring

- Data Analysis and Automation

- Regulatory Compliance

- Cross-functional Collaboration

- Ad-hoc assignments

- Experience in retail lending space in risk and policy role for unsecured loan/digital lending products at a Bank / Large NBFC / Fintech

- Good understanding of Indian retail lending market including digital lending and fintech space

- Candidate should possess effective communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management capabilities, inclination towards automation and extensive use of analytics

Also someone who is:

- Credit Manager with CA Background can apply

- Policy Experience is mandatory for other Qualifications
