Job Role:

- Management of Credit Policies on Home Loan & Mortgage.

- Responsible for execution of various reviews and portfolio analysis.

- Development of various training modules on Home loan Policies and imparting training to the employees.

- Managing of appraising loan proposals & scrutinizing relevant document before sanctioning /disbursing the loan within the framework of organizational credit policies.

- Managing Quality Post Authorization File Reviews on Home Loan and Mortgage.

- Maintain an update on the developments in relevant industries and update the central team on negative areas and profile.
