Credit Policy Formulation Role - BFSI

- Credit policy formulation, amendment and clarifications to front end team for secured/unsecured

- Portfolio monitoring and bringing up the recommendations for necessary policy changes from time to time

- Ensure regulatory compliances for the portfolios assigned

- Handling internal, statutory and regulatory audits

- Active engagement with business counterparts and work in collaboration with them with a common goal to achiever

- Evaluating partnership proposals for digital, co lending arrangements and monitoring same for performance

- Use of analytics to churn portfolio and do RCA for Key observations and initiate remedial.

- Actions evaluation of application/risk/ behavior score cards from risk reward balance perspective monitoring of same post deployment to ensure desired outcomes
